We get it - shipping fees can be a pain. It's an awkward one: as a small business, we aren't eligible for high volume discounts so can't avoid charging postage, but personally as a customer? I also hate that feeling of reaching checkout and seeing an extra $10+ added on to a small order. That’s why we’ve made it easier for you to skip those extra charges if you're a Brisbane local who doesn't mind popping over to the northside 'burbs for a collection.
But, we don't have a physical storefront, so how does it work?
Simply select the “Pick Up” option at checkout, and you can collect your order for free via a contactless mailbox collection from Everton Park, Qld. Once your beautiful new pieces have been carefully packaged (usually within 24 hours), you'll receive an email with all the details on where and how to collect. You'll respond with your nominated day and approximate time and I'll have your order out for then.
No shipping fees, no waiting around for delivery drivers - just swing by, grab your earrings, and you're all set. It's the perfect solution for those in a hurry or looking to save a little extra cash.
